v2.6.x

v2.6.5 - Current Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • New discounted pricing was implemented for Postcard and Letter communications within the platform.
  • Introduction of a new 6x9 Postcard format.  This new postcard format can be accessed from the "Design Your Own" feature within the communication templates area of Core iQ.

  • Implementation of a blank address page option for Letter templates.  This option allows for the use of a dedicated address page (at an additional page price) to be used, removing the need for restricted address areas and allowing the full page to be utilized for content.  The option is located under the "Address Location" heading on the "Settings" tab for Letter templates.
  • Corrected an issue related to the deletion of an employee/user within Core iQ that left the user active in the system but inaccessible.  The system will not properly inactivate a user record once is it marked for deletion.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent certain campaign filters from properly applying during the campaign finalization process.

v2.6.4 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Additional valid options have been added to areas of the platform that allow for input of US states.  These new options are AE and AP for servicing armed forces located abroad.
  • For clients leveraging UTM tracking within email communications from Core iQ an issue was resolved that resulted in the source and campaign tracking categories being misreported.
  • Reports targeting opportunities within Core iQ were updated to support filtering for the newly added "Auto Close" feature for opportunities.  Previously opportunities that had been automatically closed by the platform could not be properly filtered via these reports.
  • Additional platform metrics were added to the platform to capture details when users on the platform are created, updated, or removed.
  • As part of proactive measures to limit the transmission of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) sent to internal employees/users from Core iQ the following emails have been redesigned to remove any phone numbers, email addresses, or other PII related attributes.  The details previously sent via email can be accessed using the direct link to Core iQ provided within the body of the email.
    • Daily Digest Email is sent daily by the platform to all users who have had communications sent on their behalf from Core iQ, or have communications/phone calls that require their action to complete.  Samples of the email after the redesign and prior to are shown below.

      • Opportunity Referral Email is sent to a user of Core iQ anytime another officer/user assigns an opportunity within the platform to them.  Samples of the email after the redesign and prior to are shown below.

v2.6.3 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Researched and solved a major issue facing all v2.6.2 customers in which the Core iQ user interface was loading slower on all pages. You should now see shorter load times on all pages as a consequence of this change.
  • Certain merged fields were not showing up in archived PDF copies of email. We have fixed this issue and confirmed that it only affected the PDF versions of those emails. We will also be retroactively attempting to recreate these emails (if possible) to correct the missing merged content.
  • Found and fixed an issue with bulk Reassignments and changing the status of communications to the Reviewed & Approved status.
  • Modified the wording in the Cross-Sell Opportunity report to fix an incorrect usage of the term Primary Officer. It should now read Assigned Banker.
  • Solved a problem in multiple reports in which the usage of a carriage return in zip code filters would bring back those missing a zip code.
  • Added an additional feature to auto-fail emails if your API key is ever missing or malformed. This will ensure connection to our email services as we move forward with new security measures.
  • Added the term 'Primary' to two of our audience macro filters since these macros only target those who are Primary on their Loan or Core Deposit accounts.
  • Fixed a mismatch between expected and executed character limits for custom text fields. These are now in alignment and should be able to accurately handle longer, URL-based merged fields.

v2.6.2 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Ensured that all print items missing a 5 or 9 digit zipcode will Fail Processing. We now use the zipcode to fill in other data such as missing or misspelled city or state. It is therefore necessary to include in all print pieces.
  • Fixed an issue with the Claim/Share Ownership buttons in the Opportunities area. They now work as intended.
  • In certain edge cases with emails, the underscore character can get misencoded as a period when opting out of emails. We made sure that these opt-outs are still valid even when we misencode the underscore character. We are working on a long-term solution to this problem as well.
  • Turned on a previous release feature by default. The OWS opt-out check is now enforced for all clients meaning if OWS is down, emails will pause until it can come back up or until a set window of time (in which case they fail).
  • Removed option for certified/registered mail for the time being as we establish new print guidelines with our vendor.
  • Fixed a small bug where the phrase Assigned Banker was getting changed to Primary Officer in the audience builder.

v2.6.1 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Deleted employees were displaying in two of our employee-level reports within the system. A toggle has been added to exclude these people if you so desire.
  • Opportunities for other bankers were not easily viewable in the View Opportunities screen if you weren't an admin. All bankers with Full Access should be able to view other banker's opportunities
  • You now able the ability under the Application Settings tab of your Bank/CU & Core Import setup area to force the system to check for the opt-out call before sending emails. If enabled, this feature will immediately stop all emails if the opt-out preference check is ever down for any reason.
  • Several users were seeing a redirect error in their browser of choice when attempting to access Core iQ. We believe that we have resolved this issue and no users should be seeing this redirect error any longer.
  • The pagination of the Services & Groupings page was broken and wouldn't allow you to go to the 2nd/3rd/... page
  • Added ability to separately turn off either Click or Open tracking on links for those that are seeing issues with .bank domains and SSL certification of their links
  • Enlarged the clickable area for the confirmation button on messages sent from Core iQ staff.
  • Solved an error in which communications were not viewable if they had a particular error via the Edit Communications screen.
  • Adding certain special characters to non-members in either the List Upload area or the Profile screen will no longer break these areas.
  • Separated the Matching Customer/Member Identifier report from a new report, Matching Account Identifier. These two reports should allow for more fine-tuned usage of identifiers and fields for either report.
  • Added ability for more than one communication exclusion to take effect for a given member and/or account. These will be listed in the communication history for any item in which they take effect.
