Why am I getting an error "Unable to get property 'lists' of undefined or null reference...."?

This error is typically returned when trying to access certain parts of the application using an unsupported browser. Core iQ dropped support for Internet Explorer versions IE11 and below, to coincide with Microsoft doing the same. You will want to access the Core iQ application using either Chrome (preferred) or Edge moving forward.
