Detailed Notes

 

Addition of Branch Manager column to Branch Network Screen: The Branch Manager field has been added to the Branch Network screen so users can easily see the branch manager assigned to each branch. If no branch manager has been assigned, "N/A" will be displayed.     

 

Modification to Percent of Line selection on HELOCs x Percent of Line report: New selection options have been added to the HELOCs x Percent of Line Report. The Percent of Line selection options have been split into two fields to allow for greater reporting flexibility:

  • Percent of Line: Users can now select 5-95% in increments of 5%.
  • Percent of Line Direction: Users can now select "Greater" or "Lower" for the percent of line direction.

 

 

New "Opt-Out Scope" selection to allow email opt-outs by Customer Address only: A new field has been added to the Bank/Credit Union Core Import Setup, Application Settings screen that allows users to adjust their opt-out preference scope. Currently, email opt-outs for customers are based on the contact address and customer id. Opt-outs are applied to individual recipients, even when multiple contacts share the same email address. This ensures tailored communication preferences per contact. With this change, users will have the ability to opt-out by customer email address only. If users select the "Contact Address" option, opt-outs will be applied universally for an email address across all contacts, based on the most recent settings chosen by anyone using that address. The opt-out settings will be checked at communication processing, and the most recent preference across all customers/members with that endpoint will be applied.

Important Notes: The "Contact Address and Customer ID" is the current system default and reflects the existing opt-out functionality. Opt-outs only display on the contact preference details for the customer/member profile(s) that selected the opt- out, regardless of the "Opt-Out Scope" option selected.  If the "Contact Address" option is selected, the "Contact Preference Changes by Customer" report will no longer be displayed in the Admin menu. The report will only display if the "Contact Address And Customer Id" option is selected.

 

New tooltips for Outbound Communication Status and My Workplan & History screens: Two new tooltips have been added for additional clarification for the Timeframe selection on the Outbound Communication Status screen and My Workplan & History screens stating, "Timeframe denotes the date(s) when a communication was created."    

   

 

Minor updates and fixes: 

    • Assigned Banker: Reverted changes made in v3.1.16 to waterfall to branch manager when assigned banker is deleted (updated fix coming in v3.1.18)
    • Campaign Finalization Screen: Fix to allow additional updates when invalid values entered
    • Customer Contact Portal: Modifications to keep users from being able to click "Save My Preferences" button multiple times for same preference change
    • Customer Contact Portal: Removed category dropdown
    • Customer Contact Portal: Uncheck opt-out of all checkbox(es) when "Allow" radio selected
    • Email/Product Offer Dashboard: Fix for Hard and Soft Bounce values being switched
    • Email/Product Offer Dashboard Charts: Fix for rates being 1% higher than expected
    • Email/Product Offer Dashboard: Fix for rates being 1% lower than expected
    • ETL service: Updated service to stop the onboarding service when an import is running and restart the onboarding service when the import completes
    • Reports: Updated chart options so they will only display when charts are available 
    • Workplan & Communication History: Fix for "Date Sent" on communications being set when assigned banker modified
