There are multiple instances in which a Core iQ user (or Core iQ itself) might remove or reject a communication within the system. Luckily, these items never really leave the Workplan & History area of Core iQ, meaning that they can always be added again. We have implemented several different statuses for these sorts of cases, which you can read about in our How to Use the Workplan & History Area article. If you ever find yourself with one or more items that you want to requeue after they are Removed or Rejected, you can always have an Admin restore those items with a status of New. This can be done within the Admin’s Workplan & History area, where they can find any items with a status of Removed, Reviewed & Rejected, and/or Removed by System. After clicking through on this item, they can use the Restore as New button to requeue the communication in the dashboard of the Sending Banker.
Is it possible for a Core iQ user to completely Remove a queued item?
Please be aware that if this employee doesn’t actively use Core iQ, it’s best to have an Admin approve their communication in the Outbound Communication Status area.
