Whether an item is Processed or has Failed Processing in Core iQ, you will typically know within a matter of minutes on all small-scale communications. If you are planning on sending over 1000 emails at once, the notice of Failed Processing will possibly occur at a different time. Once an item is Approved, Core iQ will attempt to process all email communications and these items will be sent in groups of about 1000, rather than all at once. Core iQ can handle communications at any scale, but we cap our sending of electronic items at 10,000-15,000 per hour in order to avoid setting off spam filters. As these items are queued to be Processed by Core iQ, you will receive any notices of items that have Failed Processing. You can then make any changes to these items in order to requeue them to be sent from the system.
