What if I want to add additional data feeds to Core iQ?

We are more than happy to discuss adding data feeds from things like your Ancillary systems (mobile banking platform, SMS banking feed, etc.), as well as additional fields that already reside in your core. We handle these in the same process as we handle standard data feeds coming from your core. You will be required to create an extract file that we can use to map in the data, and we will connect that data to a custom field in the platform. Custom fields are usable as filters in audiences, viewable as fields in report downloads to Excel, and are visible on all customer/member profiles that have that data.
