Whether you have added a new data feed after working with our Development team or your core provider had an issue with the file they sent over to Core iQ, you may want to restart your Core iQ import. You can easily restart your import process by navigating to the Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup area of the Admin menu. From here, click the Core Import Setup tab, which is where you will find the button that is labelled either “Repeat Import Anyway” or “Clear Errors and Retry”. Clicking this button will issue a command to Core iQ to attempt to retry the import process. Use this button sparingly, but if you need to add in newly mapped data or just restart your Core iQ import, this is the process to follow.
