Will Core iQ remove Opportunities if a Customer ID is changed or removed?

If your financial institution modifies Customer/Member IDs whenever someone changes their name, or if you remove customers from Core iQ after account closure, then your Opportunities may be affected. If you are connecting Core iQ prospect opportunities directly to a customer’s profile and either of the above situations occurs, then Opportunities related to that account will be removed from Core iQ. This is because the relationship that is set for that opportunity is tied directly to the customer’s core-level ID. If that ID is changed or deleted for any reason, then Core iQ will purge the Opportunities relating to that account.
