On your Core iQ Dashboard, you will see that there is a section with the number of Opportunities that ‘Require Action’. This area is influenced by the Next Action Required for each Opportunity in Core iQ. If that Opportunity has been assigned to an employee, they will immediately see their number increase as they now have an additional item that requires their action. However, if that action is not completed within 5 days, then it will drop off the list of ‘Required Actions’ in this area. The Opportunity will still show that there is a required action for it, but it will no longer show on the dashboard. This will also occur if that Opportunity is marked as Inactive using a requisite status on the Opportunity.
