What should I do if one or more of my areas in the System Diagnostics screen is red?

The System Diagnostics Utility area under the Admin menu is where we display all of the services that are running in the background of Core iQ, and it's the perfect place for you to ensure that everything is functioning as it should be. If you see one or more parts of your System Diagnostics screen that are no longer marked as green, then something is wrong. While you can always restart any of these services yourself, it’s important to know one thing: If your import is running, then we will automatically turn of the Onboarding Service. So if this is the only part of the System Diagnostics screen that is red, make sure that your import is not running before restarting this service.
