Core iQ has a high-level security fallback that requires that the person enabling a privilege within the Security tab of an employee’s profile have that privilege enabled for themselves. If you are attempting to turn on a Security item for an employee, but it is not persisting after you click Save, please check your own profile to make sure that the item is enabled for you. If it isn’t enabled for you, then you may have to either have someone else at your financial institution enabled that item, or we may have to Submit a Request on this site to have us enable it for you programatically.
