How do I know if my import is running?

To determine if your import is running or not, check the Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup area of the Admin menu, where all of the main settings for your financial institution are housed. Once you are in the Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup area, navigate to the Core Import Setup tab and then scroll to the bottom. Here, under Core Import History, you can see if there is an import currently running, when the last import was, and any failure messages that Core iQ provides. If you see that your import is currently running, it’s important to not attempt to restart your Onboarding Service. We disable this service when the import is occurring and it will automatically restart once the import ends.
