If you are looking to segment automated schedules or one-off campaigns using custom data fields, please be aware that this typically only works if you are using the EQUALS or DOESN’T EQUAL operand. This means that any custom data that comes into Core iQ as a numeric field, date range, or other data type, must be queried only on whether it equals or doesn’t equal a specific value. The GREATER THAN operand, LESS THAN operand, as well as other similar ones will not work consistently with custom data feeds unless otherwise stated.
Also be aware that these fields are case sensitive, so you need to ensure that your input matches the uppercase and lowercase formatting of your data in Core iQ. If one of your custom fields is set to a Yes/No option, then you will most likely need to input Yes rather than yes.
