If you have uploaded an image to Core iQ to use on a print mail piece and it comes out gray and stretched, the most likely culprit is the color profile for the image. If your image does not have an sRGB color profile assigned to it, then it will not display correctly within any of our print mail templates. Once you have changed the color profile to sRGB, you will need to re-upload the modified image. As long as it meets our sizing requirement, it should display correctly within the postcard or letter.
