WHAT WE CHANGED
- There are now two new automated trigger events for schedules relating to Opportunities: Opportunity Modification Date and Opportunity Estimated Onboarding Date.
- We added the Spam metric to the Outbound Communication Status area.
- You can now decide whether a Standard Question is required or not within any survey.
- There is now a more accurate representation of the Unique Opens and Unique Clicks for any email campaign within the Outbound Communication Status area.
WHAT WE FIXED
- If you had Flash blocked by your IT department or within your browser, the Copy URL feature didn’t work. This should no longer be the case.
- After an extended period of time, email metrics would fall off of your instance of Core iQ. We are now persisting this information and you should see more long-term storage of email metrics moving forward.
- Some v2.0 customers were missing their Standard Question bank within the survey builder. You should now have all of our Standard Questions in this section.
- On the Outbound Communication Status Report, you could not select ‘Pending Approval’ as a status. You should now be able to choose any status you want from that dropdown.
- The Refresh feature on reports was not working correctly. This has been fixed.
- There were a few issues that were slowing down reports and overall performance of the platform. We identified and fixed these bugs and did some general tune-ups, so your instance of Core iQ should run like new.
- Survey expirations and merge fields were not working correctly for some clients. We modified this area and they should now be working as expected.
- There were a number of minor spelling and grammatical mistakes throughout the application, which we corrected.
