WHAT WE CHANGED
- There are now a number of new email templates for Holiday Closures, which accompany the ‘How to Create a Holiday Bank Closure Notice Schedule’ article found in the Knowledge Base. We also updated our Martin Luther King Jr Day postcard templates.
- Surveys now have a much more aesthetically pleasing front-end for your customers. This includes a complete overhaul of this area, and will bring in your financial institution’s primary and secondary colors. No changes are needed from you for this change to take effect.
- If you had used Surveys before, you may have noticed that follow-up questions were being asked on the same page as the question that triggered that follow-up. In the new Survey front-end these follow-up questions are now being presented on a separate page.
- We are now capturing additional metrics from Core iQ in an attempt to be more proactive with our support. This is an ongoing process, but have begun capturing more data to help you solve bugs/issues that you encounter.
- We have added three new reports: the Growth & Churn Report, the Employee Listing Report, and the Products Per Address Report (which replaced the Customer Household Report).
- The Unsubscribe metric has been removed from the Outbound Communication Status area and the Email Outcomes Report. It is handled by Core iQ and your unsubscribes can always be found in the Contact Preference Changes area in the Communications menu.
- Various wording changes on buttons and additional help text throughout Core iQ.
WHAT WE FIXED
- Larger campaigns within Core iQ were failing for some clients. We have addressed the largest issue that was causing this problem. We are working to add additional fixes to ensure that the speed at which items leave Core iQ is fast enough to handle large campaigns.
- Fixed various issues around a few premade templates having incorrect merge fields or missing items.
- Using “Sort On: Banker” on the Email Outcomes Report would throw an error. It is now fixed.
- You couldn’t Preview a survey template from the Workplan & History area. You should now be able to review and edit the email associated with the survey when coming from the Workplan & History screen.
- The Email Outcomes report did not allow you to use the Convert to Campaign feature. This is no longer the case.
- Previously, you were unable to create a Custom HTML email to go along with your survey. This should be possible now, but be sure to include the [Survey_Invitation_Url] merge field.
- The Copy URL feature wasn’t grabbing the full URL for some clients. It should now grab the entire URL for you to input into your outgoing mail items.
- Survey titles were being removed from response data in Core iQ after the template was deleted. Until we find a longer term solution, survey templates are not deletable.
- Product Offer templates that were duplicated would persist the Offer Pertains to the Following field even when they were changed to another Communications Category. We now remove anything in that field if the Communications Category is no a ‘Product Offer’.
- You can now edit the Unlocked Versions of the survey email templates, and you should no longer see the green guidelines persisting on the queued versions of these emails.
- The Mobile Preview for the ‘Design Your Own’ survey emails was broken. This should be fixed now.
- There were even more minor spelling and grammatical mistakes throughout the application, which we corrected.
