If you are looking to see what your employees have access to within Core iQ, it is best to start at their Employee Profile. After checking their settings to ensure that all of their permissions are correct, you can do one final check by clicking the Impersonate This User button. This button is found on the About tab of any employee's profile in Core iQ and it allows you to impersonate that employee in order to double check that they only have access to what you want them to have access to. You can view reports, see menu items, and look at account data as if you were that employee, which allows you to make sure that the correct items are present for a given branch employee. Once you have confirmed all their settings are correct, you can click the Stop Impersonation button at the bottom left of your screen to return to your own profile.

I was just impersonating an employee and stopped. When I went back to impersonate her, the option was no longer available. Why?
