How do I add an employee signature or photo for Core iQ print items?

If you are interested in using Core iQ to dynamically add in employee photos or signatures within email or print communications, it's important to understand how these items are pulled into templates. Core iQ uses merge fields to dynamically populate the Assigned Banker's signature or photo in any case where the [Banker_Signature] or [Banker_Photo] merge fields are used. These items are uploaded within each employee's Core iQ profile, under the Identification tab. As long as this data is present in Core iQ, it will be merged into your template once it is queued. Where these items are missing, Core iQ will not merge in any data. However, this may have layout implications in cases where your print layout is based on the signature or photo being present.

As for the creation of these items, we typically request that customers work with us to create the signature blocks that are used for the [Banker_Signature] merge field. We find that it is easier to work directly with you to create these items so that they are consistent in quality and size across all employees.
