Can I Approve/Reject/Reassign in bulk?

From the My Workplan & History area, you can Approve, Reject, or Reassign messages in bulk. Once you have pulled up a list of the communications that are currently queued for you in the system, click the Bulk Actions button in the top left corner of your screen. This button allows you to Approve, Reject, or Reassign selected items in bulk, either for all of the items that you have checkmarks next to, or for all the items across every page of the My Workplan & History area.

  • If I schedule an email a week out that is set to "pending approval" but then approve all the communications, does it send them out immediately or wait until the scheduled time a week later?

  • It will wait until the designated execution time for that future-dated campaign.
