Where can I see the individual communications a customer has received?

You can find the communications that a given customer has received over time by looking directly at their Core iQ profile. Simply type the name of the customer (or their assigned ID) into the main search box to find their Core iQ profile. On this page, you will see a section for Recently Processed Communications. This is where you can find a summary of the most recent items that have been queued or sent in Core iQ for this customer. Use the blue View All Communications button to be taken to the Onboarding and other Communications screen, where you will see a full list of items that have been queued or sent for this customer. Use the toggles at the top of the section to view different Communication Statuses, or Timeframes. Each of the communications in this section is viewable, allowing you to see an archived view of the item, and any Core iQ assigned details. You can also Record a Note for this section, which will append a simple note to this Onboarding and other Communications section.
