v2.1

WHAT WE CHANGED:
  • We have completely revamped our entire Reports menu in order to improve the overall usability of this area. Reports are now broken out into 4 sections:
    • Customer/Member Level reports (previously the Customer/Member Level submenu)
    • Account Level reports (previously the Ancillaries, Core Deposits, Loans, Safe Deposit Boxes, and Time Deposit Boxes submenus)
    • System Reports (previously the Communications and Administrative submenus)
    • Custom Reports (previously the Custom Reports submenu)

Each section is paginated using the arrows at the bottom of the table, allowing you to see the most relevant reports first. Just click one of the rows to be taken to the related report. You will be able to filter the reports in each section by Category in order to find specific areas like Core Deposit or Loan reports. You are also now able to see a brief description of each report from this screen, allowing you to know what the report does before clicking into it. The reports have not changed in any way, but we hope that this new interface will allow you to better find the report that you are looking for. We will continue to improve this area over the coming months, so your feedback is appreciated.

  • Another area that we have revamped is the Custom SQL builder on the Target Audiences & Communications screen. This statement creator should now be much easier to use and will intelligently allow you to select relevant options for any standard Core iQ filters. All existing SQL code will be persisted for your audiences, and will now be found in the Existing Criteria section of the builder within the Onovative SQL box. We have also created macros that will allow you to easily add common criteria to your audience, such as making the audience Email Only, or restricted to those who have been customers/members for more than 1 year. Each set of criteria created in the new builder will also be individually editable, so no more having to clear the entire SQL area just to make a single edit. You can learn more about how to use the new builder HERE
  • We have further clarified our Template Review process within Core iQ and on our helpful page found HERE.
  • We have made several optimization changes to our communication throughput components in order to better utilize the existing hardware at each of our clients. This has, in certain cases, increased the communication output of Core iQ by 2x or 3x (though this is dependent on hardware specs). If you are curious about your own hardware and what you can expect from Core iQ, our minimum recommended server specifications can be found HERE.
  • Items that are Removed by System will no longer be included within the number of Unprocessed items found on the Outbound Communication Status screen. This should help avoid any confusion found with this number. You can still find your items which are Removed by System by using the My Workplan & History section.
  • We have added an additional identifier for your customers that can easily be shared with our support team in order to get around any compliance issues surrounding PII. The Onovative ID is an identification number which is assigned only in Core iQ. You can find the Onovative ID in a new column within reports, and on any customer/member's profile screen. Feel free to share this ID when opening support tickets relating to your customer data.
  • You are now able to manually 'Merge' a prospect Opportunity with an existing customer/member record. This will allow you to manually connect a prospect Opportunity with a new Customer profile when the prospect converts on the offer.
  • The 'Include Charts' toggle is now set to NO by default on all reports, which should help improve overall performance for reporting in Core iQ. This will also remove certain tabs from the exported files in reports within the system. If you need those charts back, simple change the 'Include Charts' toggle back to YES.
  • We have alphabetized many of the longer drop down menus throughout Core iQ in order to make it easier to find the entries you are looking for.
  • Phone Call scripts which are queued up in Core iQ will no longer be able to be set to Reviewed & Approved. This was circumventing the scripts from being queued for the relevant party to complete, so it is no longer possible to do.
  • We reformatted the Supervisor dropdown within the Employee Profile screen to improve the readability of larger reporting structures used by some of our clients.
  • We have improved on the paging interface found throughout Core iQ. This means that you will no longer see long lists of individual pages that clutter up the interface. This new paging system allows you to go immediately to the first or last page using the double arrows on either side of the interface.
  • Choosing a template within the Email Outcomes report will now pre-filter the campaign options found in the dropdown right below it. This will allow you to choose the specific campaign that the template was sent out on.
  • Ancillary products will now correctly update to Inactive if they are no longer present within the extract file that you are providing us.
  • We have added a new Survey Responses report, which will allow you to query a single survey question and find those that answered ANY or ALL of a certain mixture of your choices. This will only work for items with predetermined choices, such as Dropdown List, Radio Group, or Ratings questions.
  • Within the Survey Outcomes and Survey Responses reports, you will now see that responses to Checkbox questions are no longer separate items. We have gathered every option that an individual chose and are reporting that on a single line within the report results.
  • We have added additional metrics which are reported directly to us when you successfully or unsuccessfully import your core files. This should allow us to better assist you in identifying potential issues when your core import fails.
  • Within the Email Outcomes report, you can now segment out your email metrics for Current Relationships, Past Relationship, and now Prospect Relationships. This should allow for additional feedback internally on the effectiveness of Prospect communications.
  • You will now have the option to filter Nonserviced Loans within all Loan reports in Core iQ.
  • We have condensed our multiple support forms in Core iQ into one link to our Help Desk and Support Portal. You will now see a single link in the footer and Admin menu of Core iQ.
  • We have added additional wording to the Edit Communication screen to better reflect that the data present here is what was present in Core iQ at the time that the item was queued. This should help alleviate any confusion as to data being different between this screen and the customer profile.
  • Communication touch points will now show the assigned Status when viewing the entire schedule. You can find the status right below the assigned sender for the touch point.
  • We have added a useful 'Version Number' to the footer of your Core iQ screen. This will always correspond to the current version of Core iQ that you are on.
  • We have enabled your browser's default spell checking ability to work within all communication builders in Core iQ. This means that misspelled items will begin showing a red underline as long as your browser has spell checking enabled. Please be aware that our current spell checking abilities are limited to what is available in your browser.
  • We have temporarily disabled the 'Create New' option for adding Products to Core iQ. The best method of achieving this is to wait for Core iQ to recognize the product at the time of an import. You should see a Data Mapping Issue on your Dashboard when this new product is added to Core iQ. You can then correctly associate it with the relevant Service Group.
  • The dropdown menus in the main navigation will now stay open slightly longer when you move your mouse away from them. This should help with the usability of these menus, which tended to be finicky.
  • When editing an individual communication touch point, you will now see that the Accountability tab has been moved onto the main interface. This means that all editing information for the touch point is now included on a single screen rather than two.
  • Identified and fixed several instances within the Opportunities module in which Core iQ would return an error of 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'.
  • Within the Employees & Users area, you will now see a greyed out toggle for any security features that you do not have the permission to turn on for yourself.
  • Minor UI tweaks to increase consistency in Core iQ
WHAT WE FIXED:
  • The time that it takes to bulk approve/remove/reassign templates across pages in the My Workplan & History area has been greatly improved. It will still timeout with extremely large lists, but we are working to further improve this process in v2.2.
  • The date sort for Opportunities on the Core iQ dashboard was not working correctly. It will now correctly sort by order of calendar date.
  • If you created a duplicate merge field in the Custom Merge Fields area, it did not correctly display on the screen. We have now removed the ability to accidentally create duplicate merge fields.
  • Addresses will now be checked for correctness according to our geocoding rules every time they are updated from your core.
  • Print campaigns will no longer populate within filters on the Email Outcomes report.
  • The Employee filter in reports will now correctly filter by default for all Limited Access employees who have access to reports. They should not be able to see any accounts associated with employees not included in this dropdown.
  • The My Workplan & History area occasionally loaded incorrect information when coming from various parts of the platform. This should no longer be the case, and you should see the correct results in this area no matter where you come from in Core iQ.
  • Within the Survey Response report, Standard Questions were only associating with the first template they were used in on the Criteria section. You should now be able to find the same Standard Question associated with any template it was used on.
  • The option to complete Bulk Actions should now be present in all cases when viewing the My Workplan & History area.
  • When an employee was restricted from all Reports in Core iQ, they were still seeing a dead link to the 'Reports' section of the platform. These employees will now no longer see this dead link.
