The Failed Processing notification on the Core iQ Dashboard can be an important data point for the effectiveness of a campaign or onboarding process. However, from time to time, we do get questions about why these notifications appear to go 'missing' from the Dashboard. This is typically related to one of two things:
#1: There haven't been any Failed Processing items recently. This is a fairly simple solution, but you can check to see whether this is what you are encountering by pulling the Outbound Communication Status Report on FAILED PROCESSING items within the last few weeks.
#2: You simply missed the notification. These Failed Processing notifications represent the number of Failed Processing items that occurred during the current day. This means that if you queue a large campaign on Monday, the Failed Processing notification for that campaign will only be present on your Dashboard on Monday. On Tuesday, you will be seeing a notification (if any) for the items queued on Tuesday.
If you want to see a list of all of the Failed Processing items over any period of time, you can always use the Outbound Communication Status Report to pull lists of items of any status for any timeframe that you determine. You can also check the My Workplan & History section to look at the list of items using preset timeframes (Last Week, Last Month, etc.).
