If you are wanting to queue a follow-up phone call in Core iQ that appears a certain number of days after you completed a previous call, you can do so by heading to your customer's profile in Core iQ. Once you have reached the customer profile, you will want to click the Send a Marketing Communication button to queue a single instance phone call script. Set the date to the number of days later that you want to follow up, and Core iQ will queue that call on that date for you (or someone else) to complete. You can even use the Additional Notes area to record notes for future reference. They will appear when the call script queues in this area here:
