If I want to filter on Customer State in an audience, do I use abbreviation or full spelling?

We allow you to filter on Customer State within any Core iQ audience and schedule. With this particular filter, you will need to match the filter with the format you are sending us on your core file. If you are encoding all of your addresses with the abbreviated state (which is more common), you need to make sure to create an audience filter using abbreviated state as well. (For example, if you operate in Florida, your filter would be 'Customer State = FL' or 'Customer State = Florida', depending on which version you are sending us in your file.)
