Who can an Admin impersonate?

Any Admin in Core iQ is able to impersonate any other user in the platform as long as that employee: a) is Active; b) has network and username information correctly populated within their profile; and c) has either Limited or Full Access. This allows the Admin to view the platform as if they were that user, but blocks the Admin account from impersonating someone who is not able to access Core iQ, either because they are Inactive or don't have proper login credentials.
