We have certain customers that use Cognos feeds to create datasets in Core iQ. Occasionally these passwords reset and our users need to follow a few simple steps to make sure that their feeds are correctly getting update for Core iQ. We will typically get notified of the new password on our end and will reach out for intervention on your part, but here is what needs to be done:
- Log into Cognos and run each report using your new credentials
- Save the job itself as you originally did to build the data as COGNOS does not naturally generating the files
If you have confirmed with us that the credentials have been changed in Core iQ, the platform will then pick up these new files once they are created using the credentials.
