v2.2

WHAT WE CHANGED:
  • We have streamlined our menu and made it easier for you to use by removing infrequently used items and unifying all Admin-focused links into the top right corner Admin menu.
  • Two Outcomes Dashboards have been added to your environment to graphically show you survey, email, and product offer statistics from within Core iQ. You can find them under the Communications menu. These dashboards are fed with data from the cloud, and will report back outcomes information for a variety of sent templates in Core iQ.
  • You now have an embedded Help widget that will show you useful Knowledge Base articles from right inside Core iQ. You can also search our Knowledge Base from inside the platform and even submit Support requests. **Please note that this feature may be dependent on your IT department whitelisting the Onovative Zendesk site**
  • We have put a lot of effort into improving the timing of results within reports throughout Core iQ. If you are attempting to pull large datasets, or if you have older server hardware, you should see improvements on the timing for all reports. We will be working more on further optimizations to reports timing in 2019.
  • You will find a brand new version of the Email Outcomes report in Core iQ, which will allow you to pull even larger sets of data. If you are still experiencing delays with this report, please let us know, but our testing has shown that it is able to pull back over 600k records in around a minute and a half.
  • Within our new Email Outcomes report, we have also added a parsed version of the person's device in order to help you find relevant individuals for offers relating to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other device-specific products. You can find this information under the User Agent heading in the report download CSV/XLSX
  • The Ancillary Listing report now has the option to filter based on Last Activity Date. If you do not have this field mapped to your instance of Core iQ, open a support ticket to start the process of getting that field mapped.
  • We have added better visibility in a number of areas relating to the total count of results returned. You will see this new count surfaced on the top lefthand side of many of our areas that use a paging functionality.
  • We have a new report for you to use within the System Level reports area. The Conversion Tracking report will allow you to more easily understand the costs and returns associated with your Product Offer templates in Core iQ. See cost per conversion information, total count of conversions, as well as balance/origination rollups tied to your conversions.
  • On top of that, you will also find a BETA - Conversion Tracking report in your system under the Custom Reports section. This report is in a BETA testing period and expands on the above report to allow you to see the exact conversions that have come from your template(s). **Please let us know if you are experiencing issues with this report timing out, as we are attempting to nail down the reasons for that issue**
  • Since Opportunity-based schedules cannot have cross-sell touch points, we have removed the Priority Matrix from this area to avoid confusion.
  • We have added a new Data Mapping Error type relating to Unassigned or Inactive Branch Managers. If you see a new error relating to an Inactive or Unassigned Branch Manager, you can go to your Branch Network to fix this error.
  • On top of the above Data Mapping Error issue, we have also changed the interface when editing a branch in order to notify you if your Branch Manager is Inactive in Core iQ. As no communications can queue for Inactive employees, this would keep communications from defaulting to your assigned Branch Manager.
WHAT WE FIXED:
  • The dual toggles for Compliance workflows within the schedule touch point builder are now gone. This feature was not in active use for any client within the last 6-12 months, so it has been deprecated.
  • In certain cases, the expiration date for a touch point would not be cleared when transitioning to Schedule Effective Date. This should no longer occur, as S.E.D. touch points cannot have an expiration date other than their single date of use.
  • Changed the SENT email metric throughout Core iQ to properly reflect the number of requests that were sent off to SendGrid, whether they were successfully delivered or not.
  • The Origination Amount field was broken on many of our Loan reports, causing 0 results to be returned. You should now be able to correctly query on this field in all Loan reports.
  • When sending a survey campaign from a report in Core iQ, the platform was not correctly checking whether a valid email address was present when showing price estimates. Pricing should now display closer to accurate when converting to campaign.
  • We have removed the 'Add a Bank' button from the Bank & Core Import Setup screen, as this should be something that is done by Onovative only.
  • Fixed an issue in which choosing too many Roles under the Employees & Users area would cause a character limit error.
  • Previously, in certain cases, Ancillary balance information would be displayed for those with restricted access to account information with the Ancillary Listing report. This has been fixed
  • There were several different ways in which the coloring of touch points in an audience were inaccurate. You will now see them correctly displaying a defined meaning as follows:
    • SOLID GREY: No template attached to this touch point
    • GREEN OUTLINE: Template attached but Inactive or, if cross-sell, either all templates Inactive or not tied to Product Offer templates in priority matrix.
    • SOLID GREEN: Template Active and ready to send or, if cross-sell, at least one Product Offer template Active and tied to matrix.
