The following list is a current version of our recommended whitelistings for Core iQ. If your IT Team doesn't have a stringent policy in place for your firewall, some of these items may not be inherently blocked. However, we do recommend making your IT team aware of these API endpoints so that they can ensure that they are open for communication with Core iQ.
High Priority for Core iQ
Please refer to the Required API Resources list found under the API Diagnostics Check of the "Core iQ System Diagnostics Utility" in the admin dropdown of your Core iQ system.

*The are critical endpoints that are required for Core iQ to function as intended.
Whitelisted Directories for Antivirus Software
In addition to the below, you must ensure firewalls and any AV programs allow .zip files to be pulled and extracted onto the Core iQ server. Our live update packages arrive in .zip format from AWS S3. We have had several instances of network firewalls preventing the full retrieval and extraction of those .zip files updates, which can cause severe disruption to system operation.
The following directories should be whitelisted from Quarantine/Blocking and Scanning within any antivirus software installed on your server:
D:\Onovative
D:\Program Files\PostgreSQL (could also be found under D:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL)
C:\inetpub\wwwroot
C:\Windows\Temp (Recommended, but not Required)
E:\Onovative\Onboarding
NOTE: The Onovative and PostgreSQL folders may reside on a drive other than D: for your
institution.
