We have updated our Live Update process for all clients so that we can better automate version releases as we improve our platform. This requires no additional work from you, and you will still get notifications when we release new versions of Core iQ.
Various bug fixes to improve the behind-the-scenes jobs that run in Core iQ which maintain your data and push information to our cloud-based repository.

Fixed an error in which two Mandatory Message email/print items were tied together on a campaign. Core iQ would fail to check for a valid email when queueing items and would cause undue errors.
Improve systems for moving, renaming, altering, and unzipping server files on behalf of users. Should see significantly less errors and hiccups because of these changes.
Fixed an error in which the incorrect address was being used for customers when queueing a one-off communication directly from their profile screen.
Added simple tooltip to Active/Inactive toggle in Employee setup screen to explain context for this setting.
Improved the Marketing Budget feature to ensure that communications are correctly paused when a maximum is reached.
Enhanced current Balance History table maintenance procedures to improve performance when it comes to items relating to balance trends and historical data.
Ensured that the Banker name is always displayed when making a note on a customer profile.
We found an issue where certain email addresses would be malformed within the Contact Preference Changes area. You should no longer see these issues in this area of the platform.
Various minor bug fixes and optimizations to performance, especially time to load the dashboard.

We removed an erroneous set of double quotes in "Only Customers with an Email Address" and "Customers with no Email Address" audience builder options.
We have added three new criteria options to the audience builder: Days Since Account/Loan Open Date, Days Since Customer Acquisition, Days Before Loan/CD/IRA Maturity Date
