How do I communicate with Secondary account holders?

If you are looking to communicate with secondary account holders (related account holders), then the best method to do so is either through campaign-based communications or through one-off messaging. Core iQ does not currently support the automation of communications to secondary account holders through the Audiences & Schedules area. However, we do fully support communication with related account holders through our Actionable Reports, which lead to campaigns, as well as through our one-off Send a Communication button on the Customer Profile screen.
