How do I change the default sender email address in Core iQ?

If your default email address changes for any reason and you want to update/modify this email, it's simple to make the change. You will first want to make sure that you are an Admin in Core iQ, as the page that we need to navigate to is in the Admin only area of the platform. Start by going to the Admin menu in the top right corner of Core iQ. Then head to the Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup page to find your institution. There you will see, on the Bank/Credit Union Info tab, a field titled "Call Center Email Address" that you will want to modify. Then, you will want to go to the Email Messaging tab to make that same modification to the "Default Sender Email Address" field. This will make the two changes that are necessary to modify your default email for all communications (print and email) leaving Core iQ.

We do not advise changing the Username found in the Email Messaging area, as this will negatively affect the sending of communications from Core iQ. Even if this username is not actively used, it is still configured for allowing Core iQ to send from the default email address.
