v2.3

The main focus of this release is the addition of a completely new module to Core iQ which can enable you to upload lists of non-customers into Core iQ for marketing purposes. This new addition will give you all the tools that you need to upload a list, campaign to that list, and manually match non-customers with existing Prospects (those with Opportunities) and Customers/Members. You can expect to find the following as a part of this release:

You can also check out our List Management How-To articles HERE

WHAT WE CHANGED:
  • Added a new page under the Communication menu entitled List Management where you can find a CSV template for your list upload, as well as requirements and instructions for the upload.
  • Once you upload your list, Core iQ will check the headers of the document to ensure that only the items in our template are present (and are correctly formatted). Then it will check all of your data for correct required fields and formatting. Core iQ then gives you the option to download a list of these errors and reattempt the upload, or skip the erroneous rows and continue with the upload.
  • After your list has been submitted for processing, you will be notified with an email once your list is ready for campaigning. You can also find an accurate count of the members of your list in the List Management area on the righthand side.
  • All newly added non-customers will be created in Core iQ with a Customer Status of Lead. This will allow you to differentiate them from existing Customers/Members and Prospects (non-customers with Opportunities). Any Lead can permanently become a Prospect if you add a new Opportunity to them, allowing you to move people to a Prospect status with ease.
  • The Existing Lists area of the List Management screen will also allow you to full delete a list from Core iQ. Any LEAD records that are a part of that list which have not been communicated with will be deleted. If one or more people on your list have been communicated with, or if the list has Prospects or Customers/Members, those will be skipped. (We are working on a soft-delete option for a later version of Core iQ)
  • Once that list is present in Core iQ, you can campaign to those non-customers using the List Association report. This report will allow you to find those that are actively a member of a list, as well as those that used to be a member of a list, or those that were never a part of a list. Currently, this is the only way to communicate with Lead customers outside of one-off communications.
  • When viewing an individual profile in Core iQ, you will see that we have reformatted the top information cards to better display relevant information. This change also allows for the inline editing of any non-customer census data (name, address, email, etc). This allows you to make changes to any Prospect or Lead in the platform and then see those changes reflected in real-time to any reports or Opportunities that reference that individual.
  • You will also notice that you can now manage individual List associations directly from the profile screen, allowing you add or remove a person from a list in a one-off basis.
  • For any non-customer profile, we have moved the Possible Open Matches UI to the profile screen (as opposed to the Existing Opportunity screen). The Possible Open Matches area will walk you through the manual matching process, showing you in red what will be overwritten and in green what will be used on the final record. From here, you can also manage list associations and Opportunity statuses for the final record.
  • Outside of the List Upload module, we have made some changes to the behind-the-scenes reporting relating to the addition, modification, and deletion of lists, opportunities, profiles, and other parts of the platform. This should give you better transparency within the Reported Application Metrics area regarding what employees are doing with Opportunities, records, and lists.
  • We have added the ability to search for reports by name within the Actionable Reports area of the platform. The search box in the right corner of the table will allow you to more easily find the reports you are looking for.
  • We have also added some new fields to our Customer/Member Opportunity Listing report in order to allow you to query the Opportunity Type, Status, and Relationship for various Opportunities.
  • We also now allow you to toggle between customers and non-customer within the Contact Preference Changes area, allowing you to better see the lists of opt-outs coming from existing vs prospective relationships.
  • We have included a number of new permissions that will be enabled for all Admins by default. These include:
    • the ability to view, upload, and delete lists (Can Manage Lists)
    • the ability to make inline edits to non-customer profiles (Can Edit Noncustomer Data)
    • the ability to delete non-customer profiles permanently from Core iQ (Can Delete Noncustomer Profile)
    • the ability to merge records and therefore merge list associations and opportunities (Can Merge Records & List Associations)
  • We have added two new macros to the Audience builder: Customers with only 1 Service/Product and Customers with Products in only 1 Service Group. These can be added to any audience in Core iQ to enable targeting of single service or service group customers/members.
  • Added the ability to specify phone numbers and first/middle/last name for Prospective relationships when creating and editing an Opportunity.
  • Added a requirement for all non-customer data being added or edited within Core iQ starting with this version. Some form of email or physical address will be required for all non-customers starting with this version.
  • We made the Outbound Communication Status report campaignable, allowing you to send campaigns directly from this report. We also added a Template Type sort option on this report in order to group communications by template type.
  • Added Ancillary Account Number as an option on the Matching Customer/Member Identifier report.
    • **Please remember that these are the Core iQ versions of your Ancillary numbers, which can sometimes be different than your core version of that number. This is especially true in the case of debit cards where we obfuscate the account number in all cases within Core iQ. It is always best to match on a list that uses Core iQ's Ancillary Account numbers**
WHAT WE FIXED:
  • Removed unused pages of the platform that were causing errors for certain users.
  • Implemented new jobs behind the scenes to improve load time of pages and reports by more regularly cleaning up data in various tables behind the scenes of Core iQ.
  • The Edit Communication screen now permanently reflects the data used for that communication (name, email, address, etc.) even if Core-level data has changed since then.
  • Added a new exclusion detail for Deceased/Dissolved customers so that there is additional transparency relating to why communications were removed for them (which is done by default).
  • Fixed issue where Email/Product Offer Dashboard and Survey Dashboard were timing out and throwing errors for users.
  • Added new handling of 503 errors coming from our third-party print provider LOB.
  • Added configuration to all institutions to only allow for customer/member profiles to be appended with IXI information automatically, if you utilize that capability. Any uploaded lists of Leads will not be appended with IXI data.
  • We shortened the URL field on the Email Outcomes report within the Core iQ table view. The full URL is still present in the downloaded CSV/Excel document.
  • Fixed sorting options on certain reports which would break the report if used.
  • Fixed a bug where a space in the name of a Banker's first or last name would throw an error that kept communications from processing in the platform.
  • User Interface changes to better unify the look and feel of Core iQ across browsers.
