v2.3.x

 v2.3.6.0 - Future Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Minor cloud-based changes from Onovative to ensure that all local and cloud data is correctly synced when it comes to communications outcomes and history.
  • We've added the ability to create even more complex HTML/CSS layouts using our Design Your Own Custom HTML email. This area will now allow you to paste in code from any other design platform (Photoshop HTML, Bee Pro, Mailchimp, etc) and will render that email code exactly without any intervention from Core iQ.
  • Fixed an issue where 9-digit zip codes were causing a problem when attempting to finalize certain reports.
  • Made a change to the Non-Customer List Uploads area to ensure that trailing/leading spaces in entries are not input into a non-customer profile either via an edit or an initial upload.

v2.3.5.0 - Current Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • Refactored the Mandatory Messages communication type to ensure that it always sends to all customers/members regardless of their Core-level Contact Restrictions. It was possible that these could be blocked before.
  • We added two new audience criteria builder options, Total # of Products (w/ Ancillaries) and Total # of Products (w/o Ancillaries). You can use these options to filter any audience in Core iQ, but be aware of existing rules that Onovative has created for you custom in the past.
  • Fixed a small issue where survey templates were showing as Notes in certain areas of the platform within the Communications History summary.
  • Fixed an error where certain users were not able to get to the No Access screen of Core iQ, but were rather sent to a blank white screen. You should now see the reason that you do not have access to Core iQ, allowing you to follow up with IT/Admins to get this resolved.
  • Resolved an issue where certain EmaillAddress2 fields were incorrectly factoring into our 'Only send once per communications endpoint' rules. They should now be factored accordingly in these checks to ensure proper sending of communications when they are present.
  • Added additional tracking and logging into the system for if our opt-out platform fails. Messages will log if this occurs and will be available for review by Onovative and the user.

v2.3.4.0 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • We fixed a bug relating to multi-tenant users being locked out of one or more of their institutions in certain instances of Core iQ. You should now be able to easily switch between users at different institutions if you are set up as a multi-tenant user.

v2.3.3.0 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • We fixed a bug that might allow the clearing of Unprocessed communications to occur across dates in the Outbound Communication Status area if the new date picker element was used.
  • Enhanced the effectiveness of the downloading capabilities on the Contact Preference Changes area so that larger lists can be downloaded in a shorter timeframe.
  • Mandatory Message communications were previously not ignoring Core-level restrictions in the platform. This was a temporary issue and it is now fixed.
  • The non-customer merger interface didn't account for any custom Opportunity statuses that may have been created in the platform. You should now see these custom statuses as options in the merger UI.
  • Fixed a bug where institutions were having issues with the Account-level views on the profile screen because they had custom named Account Types.
  • Added text to the List Uploads screen to ensure that all users understand that non-customer lists are the desired type of list for this feature.

v2.3.2.0 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • We added standard merge fields for all phone number fields in Core iQ. This means you are now able to dynamically merge in home, work, and mobile phone numbers within all communication types in Core iQ.
  • Moved various inputs throughout the platform to a 'dark' version in order to make Core iQ look even cooler.
  • Changed 1/2/3/5 year options in 'Customer Receives No More Than Once Within...' menu over to actual year numbers rather than the number of days.
  • Added recommendation to Active/Inactive toggle in the Employee screen to recommend setting a permanent forwarding rule for any Inactive employee. This will ensure that communications from Core iQ are not interrupted unexpectedly.
  • Fixed error with clock not updating on the Campaign Finalization screen.
  • Created new permission for Can Delete Opportunities that is enabled by default for all Admins. This means that any non-Admin will be blocked from deleting Opportunities until given this permission.
  • Improved results and loading speed for the Conversion Tracking, Survey Response and Survey Outcomes reports.
  • Fixed an issue with certain clients not seeing the correct banker being merged into communications because they are set up using Customer/Member-Level Relationship rather than Account-Level Relationship.
  • Fixed a number of instances where Core iQ would simply report 'No History' for the failure of a communication. If you find more instances, please let us know.
  • Improvements to date fields in the system to better surface actual SENT date vs CREATED date. Additionally fixed issue with certain messages getting the wrong date assigned to them.
  • Fixed issue where the default information wasn't correctly being merged into Preview images when queuing a campaign.
  • Removed the SMS Text feature from Core iQ by default.
  • Removed the 'Assigned Banker' and 'Servicing Branch Manager' options from the one-off Send a Single Communication option.
  • User interface change to font, colors, and various areas of the platform.

v2.3.1 - Past Version

WHAT WE FIXED:

  • You will now notice a loading animation when a page loads in Core iQ. This is to allow for all page elements to load at once, so that you don't get random parts of the page loading in the wrong order.
  • We are addressing an issue with the use of AND/OR in follow-up question triggers for surveys. You will now see a prompt if you attempt to use one of these words, as they will break the survey.
  • Improvements have been made to the Matching Identifier report in order to increase the amount of emails and identifiers that can be put into the report at one time.
  • The Account Details screen has been updated to include a brand new look, as well as additional organization and several new fields. You should see this new layout when viewing the details for any account in Core iQ.
  • Users who were attempting to edit templates in Edge for Windows were seeing that certain templates would not be editable. This has been resolved.
  • Sorting has been removed from reports by default, as this will help improve execution time for all reports in the platform. You can still manually enable sorting, but it will make the report run a bit slower.
  • Subject lines are now a required field for any email template.
  • Some reports were failing to export to Excel in certain cases. We have identified several of them and patched the issues that were causing them to fail to be downloaded. If you find more instances of reports failing to export to Excel, please let us know.
  • We have improved on some of the queries that run the Outbound Communication Status area in order to ensure that it runs more smoothly. We will be continuing work on this area over the coming months.
  • We've removed the ability to Impersonate an Inactive employee, as this would create an inescapable loop where you wouldn't have access to Core iQ for a time.
