To keep Core iQ from duplicating templates to the same member from an audience/campaign, you can use the following options:
-
There is a toggle on any Schedule touchpoint that says Generate 1 Regardless of Accounts Opened Concurrenty: Toggling this to YES will limit that template to only queue once per member every time that touchpoint is triggered. This will not remove duplicate instances of the template that queue on different days to the same member.
-
You can also set a Template restriction to not to send the communication more than once within x days. This is set on the template itself, and will remove all duplicate instances of that template which are queued to that customer/member within the number of days set on that item.
-
To keep Core iQ from duplicating templates to the same email or physical address when sending a campaign, we have a setting that is shown before finalizing a campaign entitled Only Send 1 Per Communication Endpoint. This setting will remove all duplicate communications that are queued to individuals at the same email or physical address with the same last name, depending on the template. Core iQ will send the communication to the first person with that endpoint and last name in your list, and will then skip all other instances of that email or physical address. The order at which it arrives at the first instance is set by your Sort order.
