WHAT WE FIXED:
- The export function for several of our reports was broken and would not allow you to download the CSV or Excel files. We have fixed this for all reports that were not functioning correctly.
- Choices for who to Reassign a communication to were limited for certain employees, so we reverse a previous change to ensure that any employee can Reassign to any other employee.
- The Set List Criteria area within the Opportunities screen would not allow certain bankers to view all employees that could be assigned Opportunities. This is no longer the case.
- Certain Branch names and Account types were showing incorrectly in our new Profile view. We have fixed this and you should now see these items display correctly.
- The use of double quotes within certain actions in Core iQ would break another area of Core iQ, causing the user to not be able to easily view the communication. We ensured that this is no longer happening.
- Various updates to Core iQ technologies that run behind the scenes.
v2.4.2 - Past Version
WHAT WE FIXED:
- Fixed a bug where impersonating a user causes the header and footer to disappear from view. You should always be able to see the header and footer, even when impersonating another user.
- Referral tracking emails were temporarily not sending during the v2.4 transition. We have isolated further referral tracking issues to client-specific internal SMTP problems.
- Added basic validation to email address input fields throughout the platform to ensure that only valid email addresses are added to Core iQ.
- Fixed an issue wherein large campaigns (over 50k) would timeout in the system and fail for v2.4 clients.
v2.4.1 - Past Version
WHAT WE FIXED:
- Allowed for the use of our new image paths for [Banker_Signature] in emails to ensure that the correct quality image is used for these electronic items.
- Modified the Core iQ logic for finding the Branch Manager on Opportunity-based reports. It will now reference the Credited Branch Manager, which aligns with what is already happening in automated schedules.
- Ensured that Customer/Member-level reports will always fail over to Branch Manager when a Banker is unassigned at the CIF level but a branch is assigned correctly.
- Fixed an issue where those with the Can Edit Audiences as a Non-Admin permission were unable to edit Cross-Sell Priority entries.
- Solved an issue where one or more customers was receiving an error when attempting to view the Email/Product Offer Dashboard.
- Added additional validation to the Opportunity one-off entry screen to allow for correct state input by users. Abbreviated, all caps, and normal capitalization of state names will be allowed.
- Found a missing area in the UI that didn't have correct coloring applied. The Edit Marketing Budget screen should now be fully inline with our dark UI.
- Fixed an error where enabling charts on the Delinquency Report was causing the report to not run.
- Unified the date type that we use on all Dashboards throughout Core iQ so that local and cloud-based data matches for email outcomes and communication history.
