The main focus of this release was to further improve the Customer/Member profile screen, as well as enhance our behind-the-scenes software upgrading tools which we use to issue updates on your behalf. The process of upgrading your instance of Core iQ, as well as our monitoring of your environment has been greatly improved in order to allow for a more seamless upgrade process in the future. Further enhancements to our platform will also be tied to this area and will start arriving as soon as the next version of Core iQ.
WHAT WE CHANGED:
- We've finished redeveloping the customer/member profile view by changing the following areas:
- New account/ancillary tables with more relevant information and a consistent dark theme
- A more responsive Six Month Balance trend chart
- Completely developed Economic Cohort view with tons of relevant information and an interactive chart
- Redeveloped modals for recording notes, changing contact preferences, and sending one-off messages.
- Separated out the City/State/Zip lines within the Account views in order to make them easier to read.
- Modified layout with more information in relevant areas and certain info moved to a new area (see next bullet)
- Overhauled and moved our Communications view within the Profile screen. You should now see the 3 most recently Process items show on the profile. You can then navigate to our new Communications view to get more information and filter through all our communications and notes. We will be adding new features to this area in the future.
- Added a new report to allow for the tracking and reporting of notes recorded within the profile. This is found under System Level reports and is aptly called the Profile Notes report.
- We have officially added two new Trigger Events to our automated scheduled touchpoint creation area. This will allow you to create automation based on Next Payment Date, as well as Last Payment Date.
- You now have the ability to filter the Email and Product Offer dashboard by campaign, audience, and one-off message. This should allow you more flexibility on reporting campaign specific metrics and/or conversions.
- Greatly improved our overall process for rolling out software releases, bug fixes, background service restarts, and other Core iQ specific functions. This should allow us to more seamlessly release new features to your environment on a regular basis without needing server access or IT assistance (in most cases).
- Created brand new communications icons that will be used throughout the platform in future releases. These are currently used in our new Customer Profile screen and we are adding them to new sections as we redevelop them.
- We now allow for branches to be designated as Regular, Online Only, or Internal Use branches. We will be adding/modifying features within our Branch Network area in the future related to these designations.
- You will no longer see Ancillary fields in the Custom Fields area if they are not in use for that particular ancillary product type.
- Added a new UI cue for Custom Fields that are In Use but are not populated within accounts or customers. You will now see a greyed out default value designating that it the particular field is not populated for that customer/member/account.
- We have chosen to remove the Excel download option for all reports that have an export of a workbook with a single tab only. This has come after discussing the long download times that some users see when attempting to download a large workbook via our Excel download feature. The CSV download is must more performant and will allow you to navigate off the page if needed. The Excel option is still available on all reports where the workbook would have 2 or more tabs, as well as a warning if your Excel document will be large enough to cause a delay in downloading.
- Added cloud-based metrics for a number of behind the scenes items in Core iQ which will help us better service you on Support tickets and will factor into Core iQ features in upcoming releases.
- Added some missing API endpoints to our System Diagnostics Utility tool found in that area of the Admin menu.
- Changed the tooltip text within the Electronic Communications Timing Window in order to better describe this feature.
- Added additional backend metrics to allow us to see when certain reports data starts and finishes populating after your daily import. This should allow us further visibility into an ongoing issue at a small number of multi-tenant clients where the reports data is not finalizing until well after the import is finished.
- We have bulk uploaded our Group Class assignments in the Services and Groupings area. This is an internal designation that we use to track the common name for you products and is mostly locked down on your end for now. Look for upcoming features related to this change sometime in late 2020 or 2021.
WHAT WE FIXED:
- Modified our Build Your Own Custom HTML/CSS Survey template to correctly show the new user interface and copy within the template builder.
- Users that have the Can Turn Actionable Reports permission turned to NO but are still Administrators can now view the Outbound Communication Status area.
- The Any Active filter within the Opportunities view should now correctly exclude the WON status for view. It will also take into account the correct background status for any custom Opportunities statuses you have created.
- Fixed an issue in the Conversion Tracking report in which sorting by Customer Name would break the report data.
- Tracked down and solved an issue where Custom HTML/CSS templates were showing white areas around the Edit Communications screen.
- Solved a problem where disabling the Allow Opt-Outs option within certain templates would not actually remove the opt-out verbiage from the previews.
- The Economic Cohorts Report did not correctly clear old failure messages for individuals who had later been successfully encoded. This report should now function as expected.
- Solved an issue where using certain special characters in Profile notes would break the profile screen.
- Added handling for double quotes to be used in certain actions in Core iQ which can be named by the user.
- You should no longer see an issue when adding a new Custom Field in which choosing one option might choose a different one on accident.
- Various minor bug fixes and tweaks.
