The main focus of this release was the introduction of a number of cloud-based support metrics and a tenant messaging system that should be able to allow us to better inform you of upcoming release as well as issues in Core iQ. You will also notice a number of new templates in the system for letters, postcards, and emails. We are working in 2021 to add even more templates in all of these areas. We have also made large scale changes to the process of deleting a banker from Core iQ, so please see the notes listed below.
WHAT WE CHANGED:
- Our largest change in the platform is our new Core iQ Tenant Messaging system. This new area, found in your main toolbar will house all of the relevant Admin and employee-level messages coming from Core iQ and Onovative. This can include any of the Admin notifications for things like spend limits, import failures, branch and product mapping issues, as well as messages from Onovative to you. We will be utilizing this area more and more to surface relevant notification for you relating to version releases, marketing webinars, Core iQ use cases, and technical issues. We are able to do quite a bit with this area and are extremely excited about the prospect of improving our methods for contacting you with important information.
- We have added over 70 new templates into Core iQ that follow a similar overall style and design. We will be looking to add even more templates moving into 2021 and will be enhancing older templates as well. You'll likely notice that our filters have been simplified as well to better represent the types of templates that are included in Core iQ.
- Enhanced the process of seamlessly removing a banker from Core iQ. Prior to this change, the process was difficult for some users, but we have made that entire change easier from a system perspective. You can read more notes about the changes HERE
- We have added the ability to import and export audiences from your environment and ours. This will allow you to easily import audiences and schedules that we create for use cases. For those that are multi-tenant on our platform, you can now seamlessly share audiences between instances using this feature.
- Deployed a number of new reports for you to explore:
- A new instance of the Cross-Sell Opportunity Report with a number of optional filters that should begin to enhance your experience with our most popular report. Titled BETA - Cross Sell Opportunity Listing
- The BETA - Average Services per Member report was created to assist institutions in better understanding their customers/members. This data will show you the balance and product rollups by age band.
- The Populated Fields Audit report will show you which fields in your import are being populated, including all custom fields. Great for auditing whether your core import scripts take a certain field into account.
- Curious about the overall cost of your campaigns and templates? Our Communication Spend Summary report is perfect for tracking your spend on templates over any period of time. However, please keep in mind that this doesn't take our bulk pricing into account, yet.
- Added a Branch-level URL field that can be utilized for specific branch URLs in communication templates.
- Created an Admin-level setting for any institution within the Bank/CU & Core Import Setup area under the Core Import Setup tab. This new setting will allow you to choose whether Ancillary services should count towards a member/customer being marked as a Current or Past Relationship. If you regularly see Ancillaries keeping individuals from moving to a Past Relationship, please think about enabling this change by switching the option to NO.
- Modified how images are surfaced within the platform in order to always show the cloud hosted version of email/survey images. This should give you a better view of what your end customers/members will see on the email.
- In order to better ensure that your surveys are usable by all participants, we have added a few new features to better align our surveys with ADA compliance standards outlined in the Section 504 and Section 508 guidelines.
- Added an ANY option to the Customer Status dropdown in a number of reports.
- Changed the Workplan & History screen to be able to show all bankers for anyone with FULL ACCESS to core level data. This is consistent with the rest of the platform and will allow for better banker workflows.
- Within the Cross-sell Opportunity report, we have added a column listing all the qualifying products that the customer/member has relating to your report criteria. This should aid in determining why someone is a part of your report audience for a campaign.
- We have also added the account number to the export of the Conversion Tracking report, allowing you to better understand just which account qualified as a conversion on a particular offer.
- Within the Growth and Churn report, we have added two new 'Group By' options, one for branches and the other for zipcodes. This will summarize the same information using these two groupings rather than by products.
- Added Hold Mail codes and phone number fields to all Account views via the customer/member profile screen.
- Created new communications icons for the platform in order to more consistently show the same icon in all of our screens for different template types.
WHAT WE FIXED:
- Fixed a bug in which attempting to email a proof to multiple people would fail to send all emailed proofs.
- Because of a number of issues, we have removed the email statistics from the Outbound Communication Status screen. Please use the Email/Product Offer Dashboard to view more accurate and timely statistics.
- Removed the confusing designation of Business vs Nonbusiness from the Services & Groupings area. It was not used for anything and only served to cause confusion.
- Implemented changes to certain communications checks within the system to further refine windows in which Core iQ picks up communications and block certain duplicates.
- Implemented new rules behind the scenes to enhance the experience our customers have with receiving upgrades of Core iQ.
- Fixed a bug relating to the use of double quotes in a customer/member's name which was breaking the profile view.
- Blocked certain autofill features within a few browsers that were causing issues for certain clients.
- Removed the ability to edit the Service Type of an individual product once it is set. These shouldn't be modified by a client, and will need Onovative intervention if they ever need to be changed.
