In cases where the total number of combined Processed pieces of any one type of communication reaches above 5,000 or 10,000 in a given month, we are able to offer bulk pricing discounts.
*The discounts below are measured on a per-type basis, meaning that 4,000 postcards and 2,000 letters does not meet the 5,000 quantity per-type requirement.

Core iQ system reports, such as the Outbound Communication Status report, can provide data around how many communications of a particular type you have sent during the calendar month and let you know if you have qualified for bulk volume pricing. You will need to filter this report by Processed items, then calculate the volume for letters and/or postcards.
