Starting with version 2.9 of Core iQ, we are offering integration with Claritas' P$YCLE Premier system as a way to target specific segments of customers and their lifestage groups. You can enable P$YCLE within your instance of Core iQ by simply executing a short addendum to your Onovative agreement and paying a one-time activation fee of $275. This can be easily renewed each year to keep P$YCLE codes available and updated in your system. You may initiate this process by sending an email to Support@Onovative.com at any time.
You'll be charged 7 cents for each record appended, and Core iQ will automatically perform this work in the background as needed. Additionally, Core iQ will keep your records up-to-date by automatically handling new accounts and address changes without any intervention or action on your part. When multiple account records share a single address you'll be charged only once to code that address. Finally, note that each appended P$YCLE code is valid for 365 days, so Core iQ will automatically update (and charge) for each address on Day #366 so long as you choose to keep the service enabled. This keeps us legally compliant per our agreement with Claritas and keeps your codes up-to-date with the latest information as every neighborhood naturally evolves over time.
Once you've added P$YCLE to Core iQ, you can utilize these features within the following screens:
P$ycle Dashboard
We've added a new dashboard to review your P$ycle metrics. Simply navigate to the Communications menu and click on Claritas to bring up the dashboard:
You can view P$ycle information based on the customer, loan type, or core deposit service groups. Clicking on the arrows on the left side will expand to provide more information:
You can expand the Loans and Deposits categories to see details on lifestage groups for each of your loan or deposit products:
Customer Profiles
There are two new sections within your customer's profile that will show their P$YCLE information. The first section provides your customer's stats for their lifestage group. Hovering over these codes will give a description of what they mean.
We also have a section called “Customers at This Address” which will show any other customers connected to their address. For example, if your customer is John Young, it may show his wife, Mary Young, as associated with his address.
Claritas P$ycle Code Actionable Report
Over on the Actionable Reports tab, you'll find a new Customer/Member Level report titled "Claritas P$ycle Code Listing Report." This report includes a Claritas Lifestage Group filter and corresponding Claritas Segment Code filter so you can generate a listing of customers who fall into those selected categories.
Multiple lifestage groups and segment/P$YCLE codes can be selected. Each segment code is tied to a lifestage group, so if you choose the "F1: Flourishing Families" lifestage group, only "06: Big Spenders", "014: School Daze", "15: Family Funding", and "18: Leveraged Life" will populate in the segment code filter. Audiences
We've added a new section within our Audience Definition tab that will allow you to choose P$YCLE codes for your audience. If you click on any of the Life Group shortcuts, the corresponding segment codes will populate in the Applied Cycle Codes box. You can select as many P$YCLE codes as you'd like.
