How do I see Email/Phone Unsubscribes?

Core iQ honors every contact preference change and exclusion made within the system, whether those were made by a customer or by a Core iQ user. You can find all email/phone contact preference changes in the Contact Preference Changes or Contact Preference Changes by Customer area of the Admin menu. This section of Core iQ will show you all of the email/phone opt-outs that have occurred during a certain timeframe. These items may have been originated by a customer after responding to an opt-out message, or they may have been originated by a Core iQ user who has the ability to modify contact preferences. Either way, the system will immediately begin to honor those changes as soon as they are made, so you are sure to maintain the best lines of communication for any customer.

*This option will only display if the "Opt-Out Scope" is set to "Contact Address And Customer Id" in Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup, Application Settings.
