A lot of our customers come to Core iQ from another email platform such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp with an existing list of email opt-outs they want to import into Core iQ. This is something that we can easily handle as long as you are providing us with a consistent list of customer/member emails. These opt-outs will be marked as a full opt-out of all email communications and will be reflected in the Allow Email area of the customer/member's profile in Core iQ.
Please note that we are NOT able to offer Category opt-outs in these cases. Because of limitations in one-to-one mapping of other service's Communication Categories to Core iQ's Communications Categories, we are only able to offer full NoEmail, NoMail, NoCall opt-outs in Core iQ when mapping from a third party.
