Why are my Retrieved Email Statistics blank?

This error regularly occurs on the Outbound Communication Status screen when too many templates are loaded at once, or the timeframe is extremely long. The system will time out and will not pull back email statistics for the template, or they will pull back stats for another template. If this happens, the best course of action is to attempt to load fewer templates using the Template Type dropdown, or fewer stats using the Timeframe dropdown. If you continue having issues, we highly recommend switching to our Email/Product Offer Dashboard for more accurate and comprehensive statistics on any email template.
