- Addition of "Date Created" and "Date Sent" to "Workplan & Communication History": Thanks to your feedback, we have added two new columns to the "Workplan & Communication History". Users are now able to see the "Created Date" and "Send Date" for communications.
- Addition of tooltips for metrics on the "Email/Product Offer Dashboard": Thanks again to your feedback, we have added tooltips to the "Email/Product Offer Dashboard" that provide additional details for delivered items, bounces, opens and clicks metrics. Users can hover over the "?" to see this information.
- Claritas data appends update: Resolved issue that resulted in some incomplete Claritas data appends.
- Proof send update: Resolved issue that resulted in emailed proofs sporadically not sending.
- Audience Duplication update: Resolved issue with audience duplication not including the targeted service groupings in the duplicated audience.
- Modifications to the campaign finalization screen: We have modified the criteria section of the campaign finalization screen to display the name instead of code for regions/markets, service groupings, and services/product codes.
- Modifications to PDF temp file handling: We have made improvements to the way PDF temp files are handled on the server to reduce disk space requirements during communications processing.
