New field added to the Conversion Tracking Report

The following new fields have been added to the "Conversions" detail tab: 

  • Loan Origination Amount
  • Time Deposit Original Amount
  • Core Deposit Current Balance
  • Conversion Service Code Description

Modifications to Email Communication Summary Report "Total Processed" Counts

The "Total Processed" count has been updated to reflect the actual processed counts as seen on the "Classic Outbound Communications Status" screen.

Modification to PDF Archival Process to correct "NoSuchKey" error returned for Survey archivals

There was an issue that existed when the PDF archival process attempted to archive surveys on dates other than the survey creation date. A "NoSuchKey" error could be returned, causing the PDF archival process to fail for that communication and multiple reprocessing attempts to occur. This issue has been resolved.

Important Note: If you were experiencing this error, any related unarchived PDFs will resume archiving once you receive the new software. Please be sure to monitor your disk space to ensure you have enough disk space to accommodate the additional archived PDF files.
