Addition of "Sending Banker" field to the Email Outcomes Report
The "Sending Banker" field will now be visible on the results screen and exported file when running the Email Outcomes Report.
New "Include Onovative" option when Finalizing Campaigns
A new "Include Onovative" checkbox is available on the campaign finalization screen that gives users the ability to decide whether they want to generate a campaign review request when finalizing campaigns. If the "Include Onovative" box is checked, a campaign review request will be sent to the Onovative support team when the campaign if finalized. If the "Include Onovative" checkbox is left unchecked then no campaign review request will be sent. The checkbox is unchecked by default and will reset when modifications are made to the campaign finalization screen settings.
Important Note: With this change, campaign review requests will no longer be automatically generated. Users will need to be sure the "Include Onovative" checkbox is checked in order for a review request to be sent to the support desk.
Fix for Branch Selector on the "My Workplan & History" screen
The branch selector was not retaining the selected branch in the list the first time "Set List Criteria” was invoked. This issue has been resolved.
Fix for Communication forwarding for deleted bankers
When communications are processed for deleted bankers, the communications should waterfall to the Branch Manager for the assigned branch. There was an issue with the logic that resulted in some communications not waterfalling to the Branch Manager as expected, or to not queue at all. This issue has been resolved for automations.
Fix for Products per Address report
There was an issue that existed when multiple address records were associated with an address. The report would multiply the product count and balance values by the number of customer address records assigned to a customer. This issue has been resolved.
Fix for Service Code length in reports schema
There was an issue that existed when service codes were created with greater than 32 characters. An error would be returned when users attempted to run reports. This issue has been resolved.
Performance Improvements for Cross-Sell Opportunity Report
Clients reported latency when running the Cross-Sell Opportunity Report when using age and/or balance filters. We have modified the report to help improve the performance when these filters are used.
Minor updates and fixes
- Updated email contact address for "Design Your Own Multipage Document" instructions
- Minor grammatical/spelling corrections
