New Contact Preference Changes by Customer Report: A new "Contact Preference Changes by Customer" report is available under the Admin menu. This report provides the current state of opt-outs for customers/members with category detail. 

Users can access the new report by selecting Admin, Contact Preference Changes by Customer:

The display screen will provide the following fields:

Users can download the report in .csv format:

 

New "Customer/Member Status" filter for Matching Customer/Member Identifier report: Users can now filter the Matching Customer/Member Identifier report by "Customer Status"/"Member Status". Users can select Any, Current Relationship, Past Relationship, Prospective Relationship, or Lead from the selection dropdown:

Fix for Outbound Communication Status Report: We resolved an issue with the Outbound Communication status report that resulted in customers/members being listed multiple times for a single communication. 

Fix for Email/Product Offer Dashboard "Date Sent" selection: We resolved an issue with the "Date Sent" selection on the Email/Product Offer Dashboard that impacted the outcome rates displayed. 

Fix for adding employees with same Employee Number/Core Username as a deleted employee: We resolved an issue that prevented adding an employee with the same Employee Number/Core Username as a deleted employee.

Additional Updates

New tooltips added on Employees & Users "Identification Tab":  Users will now see two new tooltips on the "Identification Tab" located in Employees & Users indicating the correct file types to upload for Personal Photo (jpg) and Signature (png) images:

Note: Users can create the Images/Signatures using their preferred file type and convert to the required type to meet Core iQ requirements.
