Unfortunately, any changes made in Core iQ to data (such as a customer’s email address, phone number, or other any other data) will only be reflected in your instance of Core iQ. We do not write any data back to your core, and can therefore not make any modifications to your data set outside of the platform. This means that if a customer (or a Core iQ user) updates their email address or contact preference, that change will only be present in Core iQ. You will need to modify that data outside of the system in order for your core to reflect the change.
