A template is fully connected to a schedule and audience once someone with a Compliance role has marked it as Approved (on the template's Settings screen), and you have connected it to a scheduled touchpoint (under Audiences & Schedules). When viewing the Communication Plan, you will want to make sure that the circle for the communication touchpoint is fully green--this means you have correctly 'connected' the template to your schedule and audience. If you are seeing either a grey touchpoint or a green-outlined touchpoint, then you have not fully connected your template and will need to ensure that it was correctly Saved and has been approved in Core iQ.
