While we don’t currently support clients creating multi-page letters directly through Core iQ, we are able to work with you to create multipage letters that can be processed through your Core iQ application.
I have 2-14 PDF pages
If you have up to 14 PDF pages, and are looking to send no more than 7 physical pages to each customer (14 PDF pages printed front and back = 7 physical pages), then we can assist you in creating a document that can be processed through Core iQ. We will work with you and/or your team to create the document and load it onto your Core iQ server. It will then be available as a custom template in your instance of the platform and can even be automated.
I have 15+ PDF pages
If you have anything that is above 14 PDF pages, or want to send more than 7 physical pages, then we will need to assist you in sending this item outside of Core iQ. Because of the use of different envelopes, and therefore different print guidelines, we will need to create a custom collateral for you. This has the downside of not being natively in your instance of Core iQ (and therefore not automated), but we can easily help you achieve a single-instance campaign using your existing letterhead and collateral.
How do I request a multipage document?
To get the process started, you will need to submit a support ticket to support@onovative.com. Please attach a PDF of the final version of your document to the ticket so we can review. If you are planning to include a cover letter, we also request that you provide a PDF or word copy of your blank letterhead so we can use it when testing the document and sending proofs from our test environment.

We will also need you to provide answers to the following questions when submitting your multipage document request:
- How many documents do you need created?
- How many total sheets of paper will each document be?
- Will you have a cover letter?
- If yes, will there be merge fields in the cover letter?
- Will you need a blank address page included in this mailing?
- Will you need a business reply envelope (BRE) included?*
- Will you require a perforated page?
- How many communications will you be sending?
- What is your deadline for sending these documents?
*Business Return Envelopes (BREs) are plain, white window envelopes added to your mailing during print. They do not include a return address, logo, or postage. If you want a return address for the BRE, we can create a perforated sheet to send with your package that customers/members can cut out and place in the window envelope.
How long will it take to create my multipage document?
The length of time it takes to create your multipage document depends on the document(s) you provide and our support schedule. If the document does not meet our print guidelines, exceeds our multipage document page/size limits, or has spelling or grammatical issues then it may require additional revisions before we can begin the document creation process. Once we have the final revisions, we can usually create the document in 1-2 business days, but we do ask that you allow us a week lead time before you plan to start sending the document to allow for any unexpected issues that may arise.
It is a good idea to check your documents against our print guidelines before submitting a multipage document request. Although we will check your documents against these guides when received, it can save time if issues are corrected before you submit your request. Additional considerations regarding your multipage document
Multipage document file sizes vary depending on the content and images included. When creating your document we try to achieve the highest print quality possible while balancing requirements for file size and processing efficiency. In the event your file exceeds our current limitations, we will contact you to discuss available options.
What are the next steps after submitting my multipage document request?
1. We will review your document(s) and letterhead to ensure they meet our print guidelines.
2. We will reach out with any questions, concerns or modifications needed.
3. Once we have the final, approved versions of your document(s) we will mockup a template and send you a proof of each document requested.
4. We will ask you to review the proof(s) and provide any feedback or modification requests.
5. We will make any necessary changes and send a final proof(s) for your approval.
6. Once you have approved the document(s), we will reach out to you to schedule a session to load your new document(s) onto the Core iQ server and finalize the document(s) in the Core iQ application.
