Once you have finished editing a template in Core iQ, you will need to mark that template as Active before it can be sent from the system. This is a part of our built-in Compliance Approval workflow, and will require that you have the Compliance role checked in your employee profile. If you have that ability in Core iQ, then once you have sent your template off for review by your Compliance department, you can mark the template as Active. Simply turn the Template is Approved by Compliance & Active toggle to YES, and save. This will mark the template as Active it allow it to be sent from Core iQ. If it is a part of an automated schedule, it will begin sending after the next import finalizes. If you want to send it as a part of a campaign, the template is now available to be selected when converting to campaign.
